About The Position

As an Administrative Associate you act as the first point-of-contact to all guests and callers to our branch. An Administrative Associate is responsible for greeting guests, answering/routing calls and providing general administrative support as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, finds meaning in the details and is looking for the opportunity to join the insurance industry! Full-Time career working out of our Jasper branch location.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in windows-based computer systems

Nice To Haves

  • Level 1 General Insurance License or interest in obtaining is considered an asset
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment
  • Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
  • Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
