This is a temporary position with the Agency Office of State Human Resources Division Temporary Solutions. The role is responsible for ensuring vehicle keys are secured, all vehicle doors are locked, and submitting required documentation and forms within prescribed division timelines. The position also involves transporting vehicles offsite as needed, processing new vehicles by up-fitting them with telematics units, stickers, decals, and other state identification, and ensuring new vehicles are free of defects before assignment. Additionally, the role processes surplus vehicles for disposal, removing all state identification, and processes used vehicles for reassignment. The position also aids customers at the MFM fuel pump and performs other assigned duties.
