About The Position

Reporting to the President, the Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations by supporting the management and staff at Rising Edge Group. The role will support executive-level communications, scheduling, and various administrative functions that contribute to organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This position demands a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail as the Administrative Assistant will serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certification or education considered a strong asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, supporting senior and executive leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in building and maintaining SharePoint libraries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to anticipate needs and manage competing demands with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, providing professional correspondence
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leaders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Prepare and edit professional documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos.
  • Compile and submit monthly expense reports.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and provide related administrative support.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare summaries, reports, and materials to support decision-making.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
  • Support the execution of projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of events and special initiatives.
  • Communicate with various offices to ensure that information and events are relayed between all facilities
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as necessary to ensure project and operational success.
