The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for associates, applicants, vendors, and visitors at the Cavender's Home Office. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the front desk operates efficiently and professionally. The Administrative Assistant manages incoming calls, welcomes guests, coordinates visitor access, maintains conference room schedules, monitors & reorders supplies for the office, mails new store required items and provides administrative support to multiple departments. This position requires excellent communication, organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while creating a positive first impression for everyone who enters the Home Office.
