About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to manage the front office and support operations at their Lehigh Valley Catasauqua Facility. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth functioning of the facility and supporting the mission of providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a mission-driven team dedicated to long-term recovery success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Administrative Assistant/Secretarial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front office of the facility.
  • Oversee medical records filing, transcription, and the transfer of records.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing, and typing.
  • Assemble and maintain updated client packets.
  • Assist with the intake process and billing sheets.
  • Correspond with referral sources.
  • Attend staff meetings and take minutes.
  • Maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for maintenance needs.
  • Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the office.
  • Complete all reports and maintain the policy and procedure book.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
