Assist the General Manager and Director Human Resources in the administrative functions required for effective management of the hotel. Greeting internal and external guests to the property, administer company benefits programs, conducting enrollments, answering questions and troubleshooting problems. Coordinates meeting set-ups and performs minute taking, transcribing and distribution of the following: Executive Committee, Staff Meeting, and Miscellaneous Meetings.
