About The Position

This is a part-time, in-office Administrative Assistant role requiring availability Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM. The position is front-desk based and is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the office while the rest of the team is in the field. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, acting as the office 'MVP' to keep everything running efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn new software and programs quickly.
  • Dependable for the 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM shift.
  • Flexibility to occasionally cover vacations or workload spikes.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to handle lifting up to 15 lbs for shipping, supply stocking, and office needs.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and restock office supplies to ensure essentials are always available.
  • Grant lot access to vendors and visitors, ensuring security standards are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally, directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage and coordinate outgoing shipping and incoming deliveries.
  • Ensure the Lost & Found is organized.
  • Assist with scheduling facility maintenance appointments.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Provide input on improving process efficiency.
