Under general supervision, this position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support functions to ensure the daily operations of the location run efficiently. This role supports one or more managers by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and making travel arrangements. The position also involves updating reports for compliance, acting as a point of contact for department procedures, assisting operations managers with daily functions, reviewing and coding departmental expenses, maintaining organized department files, and ordering/maintaining inventory of department supplies.
