About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with invoicing and general office paperwork
  • Enter and manage data using Microsoft Excel
  • Provide administrative support to office staff and management
  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
