About The Position

This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with a minimum of four years of experience in administrative and support staff activities. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Please note that the salary range provided corresponds to the lowest level of the position posted. The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to one of U.S. Bank’s Regional Market Leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically four or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Manage a Regional Market Leader's calendar, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management.
  • Support projects tied to strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations, events and travel arrangements.
  • Compose professional correspondence and documentation as needed.
  • Interface confidently with C-suite clients and executive leadership, demonstrating strong executive presence.
  • Leverage advanced productivity and collaboration tools to create and manage documents, presentations, and data reports. Utilize software applications for word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and visual content to support business needs efficiently.
