The Administrative Assistant will provide overall administrative support as directed. This role is responsible for managing data files, scanning documents, creating folders, and filing. The position will also involve managing and/or assisting with invoicing and billing, and performing data entry. The Administrative Assistant will interface with other internal departments to resolve retail business issues as required and assist the assigned team and management with various duties. Processing Subcontractor Payroll is also a key responsibility. The role requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, including safety. Duties may vary by location.
