About The Position

The Administrative Assistant to the Director of Patriot Mobile Faith provides high-level administrative support to enable the Director to effectively lead and execute the mission of Patriot Mobile Faith. This role serves as an organizational hub across the Director's three core areas of responsibility: Faith Media & Marketing, Church & Affiliate Relations, and Mission-Aligned Partnerships and Funding. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, mission-aligned professional who thrives in a dynamic, faith-driven environment and is passionate about supporting Kingdom-advancing work.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort with project management and CRM tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and gracious demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information and sensitive relationships
  • Genuine understanding of and respect for faith-based communities, church culture, and ministry dynamics
  • Self-starter with the initiative to anticipate needs and work proactively without constant direction
  • Strong relational skills and the ability to represent the Director and Patriot Mobile Faith with warmth and professionalism
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support a dynamic leader whose work spans media, ministry, travel and events

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Ministry or a related field preferred
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced or multi-faceted organization strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated strong Christian faith and alignment with Patriot Mobile's mission and values
  • Experience in church, ministry, or faith-based organizational environments a strong plus
  • Experience coordinating events, travel, or large-scale relational experiences preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, travel logistics, and correspondence, including domestic and international trips
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up communications; track action items and deadlines across internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and represent the Director with professionalism in all interactions
  • Maintain the church partner database and support administration of the Church Affiliate Program, including outreach, onboarding and engagement tracking
  • Coordinate podcast production, media scheduling, and content calendar for Faith Mobilized and related faith media initiatives
  • Maintain records of ministry partners, partnership tiers, and funding distributions; prepare briefs and reports to support the Director's decision-making
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and materials for church visits, conferences, speaking engagements and partner events
  • Support special projects as assigned by the Director to advance Patriot Mobile Faith's mission and strategic priorities.
