Under direct supervision, this position provides administrative support for the direct manager and department. Key responsibilities include scheduling and organizing meetings, arranging travel, managing office supplies, handling mail, completing expense reports, answering phone calls, developing presentation materials, approving and submitting invoices, creating and distributing reports, and performing data entry into company and external systems. Other administrative duties as assigned.
