About The Position

Provide administrative support to the Sales Department so that work is done efficiently and accurately. Provide administrative support for department, including but not limited to sales events, training classes, sales directors and counselors and other sales management. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Answer questions from customers and employees about sales leads. Data entry of sales leads into Lead Management System Provide administrative support to the Sales Department as needed Provide administrative support to the Reservation Desk as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Office administration experience
  • MS Office software with intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Outlook skills
  • HMIS
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with all levels of the Company
  • Problem solving, detail-minded and organizational skills
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Must have strong attention to details and extremely organized.
  • Display professional manners and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the department
  • Demonstrate high level of confidentiality, common sense, judgement, sense of urgency and ability to set priorities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, rules and controls; demonstrate support and respect for Company management.
  • Adhere to safety rules and regulations and report unsafe practices to management.
  • Participate in training and skill development opportunities to improve competency and customer service.
  • Report to work on time and maintain standard attendance

Nice To Haves

  • At an intermediate level, use Excel, Mail Merge in Microsoft Word.
  • Prepare reports, sales call lists and other documents as needed.
  • Bilingual Preferred

Responsibilities
