About The Position

PathPoint is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Luis Obispo, CA. In this role, you'll use your organizational and interpersonal skills to support smooth division operations through a variety of administrative projects. We're looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented individual with a "no task is too big or too small" mentality. About PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service approach.
  • Professional verbal and written communication.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least 1 year of administrative or receptionist experience.
  • Must have a valid California driver's license and satisfactory driving record for completing errands in the San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara County areas.
  • Culturally aware, acknowledges diverse employee backgrounds, possesses skills to collaborate across cultures, and avoids biased assumptions based on cultural differences.
  • High school diploma or GED is required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reception contact by answering calls, greeting and directing visitors, and escorting vendors or service personnel as needed.
  • Open, distribute, and manage daily mail and deliveries, including forwarding mail, maintaining mailing supplies, and assisting with large agency mailings.
  • Manage office and program supply inventory, coordinate orders, maintain equipment, and ensure supplies are stocked throughout the facility.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding by conducting phone screens, completing reference checks, updating ApplicantPro, coordinating pre-employment requirements, onboarding new hires, and preparing new hire materials.
  • Support corporate finance processes by distributing financial tracking spreadsheets, reviewing data for accuracy, and assisting with assigned reconciliations.
  • Serve as the key divisional resource for fleet management, including coordinating vendor estimates, facilitating vehicle repairs, tracking invoices, maintaining Autosist records, and supporting accurate fleet documentation.
  • Travel between Atascadero, Grover Beach, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Maria locations to support divisional administrative and operational needs.
