About The Position

Coastal Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office team. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant or receptionist role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office technology.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and enjoys helping others.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Manage the front desk and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
  • Assist with emails, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support corporate leadership with clerical and office projects.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
