Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum one (1) year of clerical or administrative support experience; Or equivalent education and years of experience.
  • Strong technical skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana (medical marijuana cards are not acceptable)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Workday Financial, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepares meeting agendas.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and administer the department's uniform program by ordering, issuing, and maintaining uniforms, boots, and coats for new hires and ensuring inventory meets operational needs.
  • Performs general office duties such as data entry and compilation, filing, ordering supplies, records retention to update documents, and tracking training.
  • Analyzes and updates, and/or modifies electronic resources and systems to streamline information available to managers, supervisors, and crew.
  • Enters data into varying databases and systems; maintains accurate records of information.
  • Enters and maintains departmental records in management systems; monitors information and runs reports.
  • Supports basic project management and ongoing maintenance of processes.
  • Follows and communicates policies and procedures.
  • Conducts general research and reporting for developing department procedures.
  • Assists with calendar management of schedules, appointments, and meeting invites and events.
  • Greets and assists visitors and vendors to the office.
  • Prepares presentation materials and tracking forms using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, or other similar software.
  • Performs related work as required.
