Provide clerical support to an assigned department. This role involves performing administrative functions, including composing correspondence, coordinating travel, and preparing data and documents for presentations. The position requires corresponding and communicating with internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person discussions, as well as answering departmental process questions and providing training when necessary. The Administrative Assistant will also develop brochures, fliers, presentations, and other creative displays, verify and process expense reports and invoices for payment, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes. Additionally, the role includes ordering office supplies and furniture, managing vendor contracts, handling reservations for public rentals, and maintaining office supply inventory. Specific duties involve admin support for NASP BAI Manager Database, NASP Tournament Database, managing equipment grants, managing the calendar for equipment loans, handling NASP & other Vendor orders that support MoNASP Statewide, running monthly Range reports, onboarding hunter education volunteers, assisting the public with hunter education and permit related questions, and providing admin support for the Hunter Education Coordinator and NASP Coordinator. Ancillary duties include backing up or assisting other administrative personnel, troubleshooting office machines, and performing other assigned duties.
