We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrative Assistant located in Fond du Lac, WI . This is a great opportunity to perfect your multitasking and organizing skills by providing administrative support to one or more departments. The position will include processing and preparing professional, error-free reports, paperwork, and correspondence, and weekly time entry review and submittal for the Fire Protection team. Demonstrate your strong attention to detail by entering accurate data to maintain operational databases and tracking systems. Strive to become an instrumental team member by acting as a liaison between other departments and clients. Work alongside team members within the office while providing top-notch customer service. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team-oriented environment. This position will support the Fire Protection Shop and be located within it.

Requirements

  • One to three years of prior experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Technically inclined to learn industry-specific software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
  • Self-sufficient
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • In-depth problem-solving skills
  • Good time management skills

Responsibilities
