Requirements

  • One (1) to Three (3) years administrative experience.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
  • Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
  • Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees

Nice To Haves

  • Business School Certificate Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for efficient operation of office procedures.
  • Provides administrative support to the General Manager and the executive team.
  • Attends and records minutes for meetings as requested.
  • Coordinates and disseminates communication and correspondence to department heads.
  • Ensures accurate files and record keeping.
  • Researches, edits and drafts responses and other written material as requested.
  • Provides excellent service to guests as a representative of management.
  • Responsible to present a professional image.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
