We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help create an exceptional experience for everyone who interacts with our firm while contributing to the overall success of ELO.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience, ideally in a professional services or client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during tax season (January–April 15).

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment.
  • Answer and route multi-line phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings.
  • Provide daily administrative support across departments and offices.
  • Open, sort, scan, and distribute mail, documents, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems and client records.
  • Assist with tax return assembly, document organization, and seasonal workflow support.
  • Support firmwide projects, workflow coordination, and general office organization.
  • Help maintain office supplies, shared spaces, and a clean, organized environment.
