We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support a wide range of donor relations, event planning, and administrative activities within a vibrant Jewish community organization. This role is central to managing event registration processes, updating and maintaining donor databases, generating reports, and coordinating communications with both donors and community members. Additional responsibilities include contributing to Federation events, supporting Women’s Philanthropy initiatives, and assisting with operations related to the Jewish Press. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a solid command of Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools, and at least two years of experience in an office environment. A bachelor’s degree is required. The position involves light physical duties, including occasional lifting and mobility for event prep and office tasks. This role reports to the Chief Development & Engagement Officer and collaborates closely with senior leadership and various departments to help advance the organization’s mission.
