This role helps to triage and respond to inquiries from leaders, staff and faculty of the University. The incumbent processes benefit enrollment and beneficiary forms and provides information on benefit entitlement both orally and in writing to ensure that new employees understand their benefit entitlement. Coordinates administrative support for workshops, including managing correspondence and arranging logistics and performs a wide variety of other administrative duties.
