This Administrative Assistant position provides administrative assistance to the location and provides service to both internal and external customers. The role involves completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for the District Manager and team, assisting with operational support for customer recovery, and acting as a 'gatekeeper' and 'gateway' to create win-win situations for employees. The position requires researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns, assisting in managing special projects, and producing information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. It also involves prioritizing conflicting needs, handling matters expeditiously and proactively, and following through on projects to successful completion, often with tight deadlines. The role supports the HR Partner with new hire orientation coordination and employee file generation, provides various reports to location managers, and handles litigation-related correspondence. Additionally, it ensures vendor accounts are paid and up-to-date through the Oracle System, manages employee files throughout their lifecycle, participates in HR compliance projects, assists management in scheduling and running organizational meetings, and provides confidential administrative and clerical support to the locations District Manager and HR Partner. Other duties as assigned.
