About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. This role provides essential administrative support to clinical and operational teams through effective communication, scheduling, and coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior administrative experience required
  • Proficiency with standard office software

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a behavioral healthcare setting is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, and computers
  • Answer phones, route calls, and take accurate messages
  • Communicate with staff, clients, and external partners to provide information and resolve inquiries
  • Maintain and update filing systems, inventories, and databases
  • Compile, sort, and file records related to business transactions and administrative activities
  • Provide general office support and assist with scheduling needs
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory standards
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
