About The Position

Cobble Hill is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Admissions department on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Admissions team with daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Help coordinate admissions paperwork and resident documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Communicate with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the admissions process
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and other office duties as needed
