This weekday position (10:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday) is perfect for someone seeking work-life balance while making a real difference. You'll support the residential treatment admissions process by reviewing applications, speaking with prospective residents, coordinating documentation, and helping clients access needed resources.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Professional and respectful demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Administrative, customer service, healthcare, behavioral health, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process admissions applications and supporting documentation.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with prospective residents.
• Support the Director of Admissions with follow-ups and documentation reviews.
• Provide admission updates to applicants and referral partners.
• Assist residents with EBT applications and community resources.
• Maintain accurate confidential client records.
• Track admissions, discharges, and follow-ups.
• Participate in provider calls and document updates.
• Represent the organization at occasional community events.
