About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is a part-time position responsible for providing professional administrative support at the Fort Morgan facility. This position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, in addition to supporting with routine clerical and filing tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused demeanor. The incumbent will report directly to the HR Manager and must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. This position is part time, Monday-Friday, with a need for 29 hours per week through February or March of 2027.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–3 years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred; candidates with strong interpersonal skills and basic office proficiency will be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (copier, scanner, fax).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have proficiency at reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Reliability and punctual attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting and adhering to the Company’s core values, mission, and codes of conduct.
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls accurately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and front office correspondence.
  • Provide clerical and file management support to the factory, including: Filing and organizing personnel and operational documents, Copying, scanning, and preparing documents, Scheduling support and calendar coordination.
  • Assistance with onboarding and orientation logistics
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
