About The Position

This role provides administrative support to the various departments. This includes supplying information, maintaining schedules and appointments, generating standard reports, and working closely with the department management team.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Drafting Department to include files and records maintenance, and creation of various reports and/or correspondence.
  • Answers phones, schedules appointments, files correspondence, and other records, as necessary.
  • Sales Orders
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
