We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. Requirements

  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems, cloud-based platforms, and common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with medical billing terminology, insurance claims processes, and healthcare regulations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry to support medical billing and revenue cycle processes.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, insurance payers, and internal departments to facilitate claims processing and resolution.
  • Maintain and update electronic health records and secure cloud-based databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and denial management by tracking outstanding items and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Support credentialing processes by organizing application materials and liaising with relevant organizations and providers.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to claims status, reimbursement trends, and administrative metrics for internal review.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all administrative activities.
