Under supervision of the Sales Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative, secretarial and advertising support to the branch office and sales agents. This role involves processing and maintaining accurate records of all real estate transactions, coordinating advertising efforts with the Marketing department, managing office inventory such as signs and lock boxes, performing general secretarial duties, processing financial checks, handling new agent documentation, updating computer systems, answering telephones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies and appearance. The position also includes transaction support like processing earnest money and commission check deposits and coordinating files with the TC team.
