Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative and customer-facing experience.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with financial or data entry tasks.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • ERP or accounting system experience (Agility preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, manage incoming calls and emails; resolve issues and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules, customer visits, and events.
  • Process payments and support daily invoice reconciliation.
  • Assist with AR/AP tasks, including reporting and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records and data across systems.
  • Support sales materials, office operations, and general administration.
