We are actively looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Walnut Creek office for an Archiving project. Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Professional skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Windows Explorer.
  • Skilled in the use of the Internet as a research tool.
  • Ability to organize, work independently and exhibit excellent time management skills.
  • Work collaboratively to acquire and dispense information as part of a team.
  • Strong job commitment and initiative.
  • Ability to be flexible and calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and archives closed projects and files according to procedure
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic file systems (including in Newforma) in accordance with Document Retention Guidelines
  • Maintain files and file storage in a neat and accurate manner
