About The Position

C&W Services is the industry leader in cutting-edge maintenance and janitorial programs for facilities ranging from corporate office portfolios and manufacturing plants to large public venues, keeping our client’s facility running smoothly all the time. This Site Administrator position in Blair, Nebraska, involves performing responsible, sometimes confidential, duties and routine administrative functions. The role encompasses multiple job functions including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Office Management, and Personnel Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possess 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Office 365, SAP, Workday, UKG, 10-Key, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have strong computer skills including working knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Must possess the ability to work alone and prioritize tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Post high school training in administrative duties / programs is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains asset inventory, office machines, and supplies.
  • Processes time cards, maintains records and files, accurately calculates employee pay, balances hours in the payroll system, checks Kronos against spreadsheets, processes direct deposits and interim check requests, administers payroll changes, researches work orders, performs data entry into Cargill system, and prepares accounting reports.
  • Maintains accounts payable/receivable ledgers and/or processes and corrects billing records, and performs credit and collection activities.
  • Performs non-routine, moderately complex accounts payable/receivable functions following established procedures, including data entry of employee timesheets for all operations located in the Cargill facility.
  • May be responsible for Personnel Coordinator responsibilities for the site.
  • Deciphers and processes transactions.
  • Develops and maintains a good working relationship with the customer and maintains customer confidence through effective communication, open rapport, and a solid record of delivery on assignments.
  • Communicates with all team members to assist in the development of short and long-range planning in support of the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Ensures assigned tasks are performed in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Maintains positive customer and employee relations.
  • Understands and follows written and verbal instructions.
  • Multi-tasks and works with numerous interruptions.
  • Maintains good attendance in accordance with company policy.
