About The Position

As an Administrative Assistant at Power-Flo Technologies, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. Your work will directly support our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales, and Operations teams—helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for our customers, vendors, and visitors. You’ll be trusted with essential responsibilities that keep our business running, including supporting AR, AP, and Sales teams with credit card processing, vendor setup, invoice retrieval, shipping documentation, and email management. You will also be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data for warehouse and counter sales operations, greeting visitors and managing a multi-line phone system with professionalism and warmth, scanning, printing, filing, and organizing documents, sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, and tracking packages. Additionally, you will make routine trips to the bank and post office using a company vehicle, manage the Accounts Payable inbox and related correspondence, and assist with additional administrative and office duties as needed. Your attention to detail and reliability will help ensure smooth workflows across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • Eagerness to gain hands-on office and administrative experience
  • Ability to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Valid, clean driver’s license for daily trips to the bank and post office using a company vehicle

Responsibilities
