BrokerLink is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. This role will provide administrative support for the life and group benefits teams, assisting with policy delivery and renewals to ensure a preferred client experience. The position involves handling daily correspondence, processing information in the broker management system, and collaborating with the administration team on new client profiles and lead triaging. The Administrative Assistant will also prepare monthly referral bonus payments, assist with E&O and licensing duties for advisors, provide excellent customer service, and handle client premium and commission transactions. Additionally, the role includes providing backup support for monthly client billing reports, ensuring accuracy, and assisting with special projects as needed.
