About The Position

Arbors Management currently has an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant located in Monroeville, PA. This busy, customer-facing position is responsible for incoming phone calls, mail distribution, lease renewals, bill coding and overall office organization. If you enjoy a fast paced environment with friendly and professional colleagues, this may be the perfect position for you! Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position will be a hybrid work schedule (office/work from home) after the training period ends.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related administrative experience OR Associate degree and 1 year of related experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong computer skills and internet knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Must pass criminal background and drug screening
  • Must have drivers license and vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and welcoming incoming visitors
  • Processing lease renewals for existing residents
  • Coding of Bills for the accounting department
  • Organize and distribute mail
  • Organizing and maintaining adequate office supplies
  • Host office guests as they arrive
