About The Position

Family-owned technical services company based in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2 - 5 years of administration experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Two years of Microsoft Office experience (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Power Point and Access experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Will prepare employment contracts and documents
  • Assist in sending out new hire documents via online portal
  • Assist in gathering necessary paperwork for new hires
  • Assist in sending out pre-hire screening documents to new applicants
  • Data entry and filing
  • Maintain employee files
  • Prepare reports (expense and vendor to submit to Finance Department for processing)
  • Log expense reports in Expense Log
  • Assist in maintaining company uniform inventory
  • Sending out shipments to all locations utilizing FedEx and USPS
  • Act as back-up for reception desk, covering lunch and vacation days
  • Perform other duties as assigned
