Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, oversees a network of senior living communities nationwide. The Administrative Assistant role is responsible for supporting the leadership team in the community, specifically the Business Office, Human Resources, Resident Wellness/transition departments with functions such as communication with residents, families, and employees, resident billing, employee onboarding, employee Compliance, and various Administrative duties as assigned by the leadership team. This role also supports the front desk concierge team and works with multiple leaders to ensure the overall service excellence of the community. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in senior living, be adaptable to changing priorities, and have a determination to provide excellent service to Residents and Staff. If you do not have any Senior living experience we can substitute that for Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, and Healthcare Administrative experience. We are seeking a candidate that wants to learn more about Senior living and grow with a community that is expanding its services and care in the near future!
