About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 2 to 4 years of experience to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with invoicing and accounts, and is comfortable working near the office location on a consistent schedule. This role is critical to keeping administrative workflows running smoothly and supporting the broader team.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of administrative support experience required
  • Knowledge of invoicing and accounts payable/receivable processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be located near or willing to commute to the office location

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments professionally
  • Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
