We're seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at anticipating needs before they arise. This role is on-site Monday - Friday. Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders

  • Serve as a gatekeeper by triaging incoming requests, balancing urgency with strategic importance, and ensuring leadership focus remains on critical work

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted right hand to two leaders, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements
  • Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings
  • Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion
  • Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs
  • Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership
