The Administrative Assistant will provide overall administrative support as directed. This role is responsible for managing data files, scanning documents, creating folders, and filing. The position involves managing and/or assisting with invoicing, billing, and mailing activities, as well as data entry. The Administrative Assistant will interface with other internal departments to resolve retail business issues and will assist the assigned team and management with various duties as requested. Phone support for the team and location will also be provided. The role requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, including safety. Duties may vary by location.
