About The Position

Medley at Mirada is hiring for a HOA Administrative Assistant role! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in a customer service position required
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Able to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must be physically able to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs
  • Possess and be able to present a professional demeanor at all times to members and guests

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to management staff with mailings, phone calls, general correspondence, handling walk-ins, and assembling membership packages
  • Assist with questions, policies, concerns, or complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members to ensure a memorable experience
  • Assist with Architectural Review applications: review with owners for compliance with submission requirements, manage applications and correspondence
  • Act as receptionist and information source to the general public and provide information to orient new owners about the HOA and amenities
  • Maintain and update community website and create promotional materials for the website and weekly e-blast communications to members
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to directly communicate with owners and guests
  • Assist Community Association Manager in various special projects as needed
