About The Position

Join our team at Lincoln Tech at our corporate office in Parsippany, NJ as we seek an Administrative Assistant. Dive into a role that involves supporting our Corporate Operations department and Group Vice Presidents, ensuring smooth daily office operations, and spearheading administrative activities central to our career programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience in office setting
  • Minimum 3+ days in office (9am-5pm)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Team player, able to multi-task, interact & assist different departments

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Concur Travel & PeopleSoft preferred

Responsibilities

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Handle sensitive material in a confidential and time-sensitive manner
  • Perform light book-keeping
  • Generate reports
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Manage calendars, conference calls, and meetings
  • Assist with travel bookings, process expense reports and invoices
  • Main back up to reception switchboard & UPS when needed
  • Interact with students and potential students when needed
  • Function as the liaison among all Departments associated with the program and coordinate with various members of the Department
