About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing pool service and construction company. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations, customer communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the pool industry is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls
  • Assist with filing and data entry
  • Communicate with technicians and office staff regarding schedules and updates
  • Process emails and provide general administrative support
  • Help maintain inventory and office supplies
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
