About The Position

Provides positive customer service skills and administrative/clerical duties. Receives and directs calls/visitors. May be required to make on campus deliveries, generate reports, create presentation data, and answer questions regarding policies and procedures to ensure compliance. This position requires someone highly familiar with paying invoices, working with budgeting software (such as Banner Budget, Procurement, Oracle, or similar platforms), and managing inventory.

Requirements
