GFT is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Administrative Support team. This role follows a hybrid-remote format requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite office attendance, reporting to the Mechanicsburg, PA office. GFT’s Shared Service Services team, which includes Human Resources, Legal, Accounting & Finance, IT Services and Marketing & Communications, is essential for managing and supporting the company's global operations. Shared Services is part of a broader strategy to transform the business and improve efficiency. The support of this amazing team of professionals is the backbone of our ability to deliver infrastructure consulting and design services. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Chief of Staff and provides general to intermediate office and administrative support with minimal guidance from the supervisor. This role supports efficiency and smooth office operations. Some duties may require handling of confidential administrative duties.
