Requirements

  • 2 or more years of Administrative/Receptionist experience - Ideally within safety or production
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, to support business operations and communication
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs)
  • Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work

Nice To Haves

  • Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Provides all visitors with a warm, inviting greeting
  • Ensures that all visitor agreements and supporting paperwork and protocols are followed
  • Administrative support to all departments, as well as project assignments on as needed basis
  • Research, compile data to support assigned projects, or reports.
  • Orders all office supplies and paper from staples etc.
  • Main point of contact for conference room reservations, group dinners, company meetings, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate/plant safety standards and with applicable regulatory requirements
