The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for project setup and coordination in an online Project Management System (PMS), including collecting financial documentation, processing purchase orders, handling email and phone correspondence, closing/suspending projects, placing projects on hold, and adding new reports to project folders. The role also involves issuing quotes for Follow Up Services, performing monthly billing, and maintaining the Follow Up Services Database with client information, licensing fees, E file numbers, and inspection details. Additionally, the position requires processing updates for Major NCRs, sending email notifications regarding inspection changes, assisting the AR department with past due payables, and performing other administrative duties as requested.
