Requirements

  • 2+ years as administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex calendars, travel arrangements, and shifting priorities with precision.
  • Prepare executives for meetings with agendas, research, and context — often using AI tools for summarization and insight generation.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison across departments, ensuring smooth information flow and protecting executive time.
  • Coordinate executive off-sites, board deliverables, and special projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Draft clear, polished internal communications, executive updates, and announcements.
  • Serve as a culture champion, ensuring executives stay connected to employee engagement moments and key company events.
